Tucson Country Club

Tucson Country Club Estates is an upscale and scenic community located in Central Tucson near Tanque Verde and Sabino Canyon Roads.

Nestled in the middle of town, Tucson Country Club Estates is a bit of a “surprise.” After you drive in past the guarded entryway, you are transported to a lush community with gorgeous ranch-style homes, manicured lawns, and stunning views of the Catalinas.

Encompassing nearly 580 acres, the community consists of 350 homes, ranging between 2,500-6,000 square feet (with the average square footage being approximately 4,000). Most homes are on one-acre lots.

On the north side of the community, you’ll find Tucson Country Club, the only truly private member owned club in Tucson. Celebrating over 70 years in business, its’ facilities and amenities include a traditional style 18-hole golf course, 11 championship tennis courts (including 9 lighted tennis courts), clay courts, four permanent pickle ball courts, full-service restaurant, 8-lane heated lap pool, family pool with a 97-foot double loop waterslide, splash pad, covered children’s playground, child care services, barber shop, meeting facilities, wedding venue, fitness center, personal training, and massage services.

The Tucson Country Club is a private member-owned club that requires an application and invitation to membership. Living within the Tucson Country Club Estates is separate from becoming a member of the club and having access to the amenities. Dues range from $250-$1000 per month, depending on membership level.
